Various Sizes

Index card comes in different sizes, and the most used ones are 3×5, 4×6, and 5×8. Some card maker software or app usually offer the feature of editing the size. The following free templates in google docs are in blank mode. The creator of the template intends for the cards to be printable. They are downloadable for free. For some people, printing the card is actually easy, but for some other people it is pretty difficult. To make sure that the printing is good, convert it to pdf first.

How to make 3×5 cards on Google Docs

To create 3×5 cards using Google Docs, follow these steps:

  • Open a new Google Docs document.Click “Insert” > “Table” and choose a 2×2 table.
  • Highlight the table and select “Table Properties.”
  • Set the table border to 4.5, the column width to 5, the minimum row height to 3, and the cell padding to 0.1.
  • To print the cards, change the page layout to landscape and set the left and right margins to 0.5.
  • Type your material into the cells, then alter the font size and style as appropriate.
  • Print the page with the proper margins to accommodate the 3×5 card size.
